hello from a dodgy internet cafe

hello peeps, long time no see
been busy with uni and work and yeah havent been online much although facebook is changing most of that. just a recap of my semester:
- been watching some theatre shows, art house stuff
- made 2 movies and had a successful film screening, tons of people were there.

so yeahh.... a short but eventful semester, oh yeah, also volunteered for a fashion show, was sooo fun, highlight of my semester

hmm so anyways, my hair is sooooooooooo short now... bell if you've watch aussie idol, i look like matt corby but more masculine ahahhaha watever, hair is hair, it will grow.. its cool with lots of wax and moulding clay and a straightener but at least i dun look like my brother... if that is a consolidation. been eating lots of crap and getting back my pot belly, yuck yuck, need to work out but cant really be bothered coz its normal to be a bit quirky ahahah. at the moment i'm just looking for an apartment and found one but it looks a bit like a haunted house that was built in the 1970s, knowing my luck, will most probrably get that or nothing at all ahaha. oh and a friend of mine may visit brunei for a bit so it will be fun yeah..

she eng when are you coming to melb and do u have a place to stay? if you want you can hang in my place in the beginning if your comfy with that. oh yeah. I GOT A FREAKING NEW FONE! THAT DOESNT HAPPEN OFTEN MAN! LIKE YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! WOOO! making htis a big fuss coz i've always gotten second hand fones n nvr a new one. my mom nearly gave me another hand me down but yeah its ok, i win this time hahahaha. oh well thats all, i will be returnign to brunei on the december 30th, hopefully if my manager allows me or i'll come back in january.

Halloween at Arren's

It was raining cats and dogs the whole day(Saturday).. we were seriously wondering whether we could make it or not... thankfully the rain let up at about 10pm.. so things could roll smoothly i guess... DAMN YOU TYPHOON!!! I actually planned to go to Tokyo to club.. because thats where the fun is at!! but it was raining so that killed the mood...

Now if y'all remembered.. last year i went as a gypsy.. a very modest gypsy if i may add... hahaha this year i went as a forest sprite.. hahaha..

The problem with last night is that, there were 2 parties held at the same time. One at a club called Spitfire and the other one which i went to, Arren... I think the costume majority went to Spitfire because there was an actual costume competition.. but yeah.. i didnt go because it was effing far... and in the party that i went to last night, there werent as much costumed folks...

Strange...very strange

First of all i dint forget APLC's bday..i wished her already =)..Happy 21st woman =) second of all...there is no second of all..here is what happened today..
Woke up on time today. Ran for the train and caught it. Stood there holding on to the railing and fainted. yes FAINTED in the train =_=. Strange feeling it is. Crap. I was feeling woozy but then i just thought it would go away. Seemed to get worse after Footscray. By the time i was at North Melbourne everything had gone blur, then even fuzzier, then black. Tried to blink my way out of it or something to shake it off. The blackness wouldn't go away. It is damn freaky. Pitch black. Plop I went onto the train floor. Strangely enough I heard everything that went around me- the man asking whether I could hear him and the lady asking me if I could see or had water with me. I "came to" although you might not call it that seeing as how I was fully aware but kinda passed out? I dunno. I've never fainted before. What ARE you supposed to be like? Unconscious? Conscious? Open eyed? Close eyed? Everything was just black before I went down. I could hear like gasps from people as they watched in horror (I'm guessing the watched in horror bit. But there were really gasps) By the time i reached Flagstaff I was much better and everything was back to normal. I reckon being the science dork that I am I couldn't stop thinking about my blood pressure and my baroreceptor reflex and how on earth this could've happened. Nuts, I know. Never once have I fainted or like "blacked out" then came to so quick. I dunno. I just hope I'm not sick. Hmm, won't think of that. Thank God there were nice people on the train who "looked after" me even after I got out.

Anyway all is good now. And on a lighter note here is what i have to do for prac next Monday
Bottle I have to pee in throughout the day. They gave it to us to take home today =_=


Treatment to go with the prac to examine different effects of different doses of stuff. I get salt tablets. It came in a nice lil' envelope. Yum~ salt
